Why
Why custom rather than buying it finished?
A finished ring is quicker to get. But its size follows a factory chart, its design is shared with hundreds of other people, and if some part of it is not quite right, your only options are to accept it or walk away.
Made to order reverses that. The size comes from your finger rather than a table. Width and weight are tuned so the ring is comfortable to wear daily, not just photogenic. If a motif carries meaning for you, a date or a set of initials, it goes in at the drawing stage.
The trade-off is real and worth stating plainly: this takes time. Silver has to be forged, shaped, finished, and polished. If your wedding is close, say so in your first message and we will check whether it is realistic before you get attached to a design.
How It Works

First conversation
What you have in mind, roughly what you want to spend, and any date you are working towards. Over WhatsApp or in person at the shop.
Design and quote
We propose a design and price it from the weight of silver plus the hours of work. Revisions are open here, and you know the total before anything is made.
Making
The silver is forged, engraved if the design calls for it, then polished. We update you as it progresses.
Handover
We check the fit together and explain how to care for silver. If you have left Bali, we ship once you approve photos of the finished piece.
Timing
How long does it take?
Everything we do is made to order, meaning the ring is only started once the design is agreed. So there is no single answer. A plain band is quicker than one with dense engraving or a stone setting.
Two other things matter: the queue already in progress, and how quickly you decide at the design stage. We give you an estimated completion date with the quote, before any payment, so you can weigh it against your own dates.

How much deposit do you need?
We tell you the deposit together with the quote, once the design and the weight of silver are settled, because the figure follows the value of the order. What is certain is that nothing is asked for before you know the full price.
Can I send references from Pinterest or Instagram?
Please do, it is the most helpful thing you can send. A few photos over WhatsApp is enough. If something in them is difficult to execute in silver, we tell you at the start along with the alternatives, not after the ring is made.
Can the design still be changed?
Yes, while we are still at the drawing stage. Once the silver is forged, a significant change in shape means starting again, so we deliberately hold off making until you are certain.
I do not know the ring size. What then?
We can measure it at the shop. If you cannot come in, we walk you through measuring at home with a strip of paper or a ring that already fits. Silver can also be adjusted slightly afterwards, so a small discrepancy is not a problem.
We are getting married in Bali. Can you work to our date?
Often yes, but tell us the date in your first message rather than at the end. Whether it is realistic depends on the design and the current queue, and if it is tight the answer is usually to simplify the design rather than to rush the making.
